Campaign Period

This Referral Campaign ends on 31 Januari 2026 or until OSL Indonesia decides to terminate the program.

1. Eligibility

1. 1.1. The Referral Campaign is open to all OSL Indonesia registered users who have completed account verification (KYC).
2. 1.2. New users (referees) must:
   • Register via a valid referral link;
   • Complete KYC verification; and
   • Successfully complete the Welcome Bonus, which requires:
     • Make a minimum deposit of IDR 50,000 (or equivalent)
     • Make a transaction (buy/sell) with a minimum total of IDR 50,000 (or equivalent)
3. 1.3. Employees and internal staff who manage or are directly involved in the Referral Program are not permitted to participate in the program.

2. Program Rules

For Referrers

1. 2.1. You will earn IDR 25.000 for each valid referral
2. 2.2. A valid referral is defined as a new user who registers via your referral link, completes KYC, and successfully completes the Welcome Bonus.

For Referees (New Users)

1. 2.3. You will receive a IDR 50.000 welcome bonus after completing KYC and the Welcome Bonus.

Reward Pool

1. 2.4. The total reward pool for this campaign is limited. Once the pool has been fully distributed, no further referral or referee rewards will be granted.

KOL & Influencer Partners

1. 2.5. OSL Indonesia may provide special reward or rebate arrangements to selected KOLs and Influencers. These terms are determined separately by OSL Indonesia and communicated directly to partners.

3. Reward Distribution

1. 3.1. Referral rewards and welcome bonuses will be credited to the OSL Indonesia accounts of users who meet all requirements.
2. 3.2. Processing time for reward distribution may take up to 30 business days.
3. 3.3. All reward activity will be logged for compliance and audit purposes.

4. Prohibited Activities

1. 4.1. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification:
   • Fake or bot-generated sign-ups.
   • Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
   • Fraudulent or deceptive referral practices.
   • Any activity deemed suspicious or abusive by OSL Indonesia.
2. 4.2. OSL Indonesia reserves the right to withhold or revoke any rewards obtained through prohibited activities.

5. General Terms

1. 5.1. OSL Indonesia reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Campaign at any time without prior notice.
2. 5.2. OSL Indonesia reserves the right to adjust or modify reward structures for KOLs and Influencers at its discretion.
3. 5.3. In case of disputes regarding eligibility, rewards, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, OSL Indonesia decision is final and binding.
4. 5.4. By participating in this campaign, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as OSL Indonesia general Customer Agreement.
